The Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, in the Atlantic Veterinary College, offers four graduate programs. The Master of Science (MSc) and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree programs are offered by each of the four Departments. The Master of Veterinary Science (MVSc) degree is offered by the Department of Pathology and Microbiology, the Department of Health Management and the Department of Companion Animals. The Department of Pathology and Microbiology also offers the Postgraduate Diploma in Pathology or Microbiology.

The School of Business Administration offers a Masters of Business Administration Program (MBA)
Designed for today's employee, the new Executive-style MBA Program at the UPEI School of Business offers people in the workforce the opportunity to pursue graduate studies. With specialized streams of study in biotechnology management & entrepreneurship, as well as innovative management, the Program provides students with the theory, skills, experiential learning and research opportunities to advance their knowledge and enhance their employability in these flourishing fields. http://upei.ca/business/mba

Master of Applied Health Services Research Program (MAHSR): This Master’s Degree in Health Services Research is a collaborative venture of Dalhousie University in Nova Scotia, Memorial University of Newfoundland, the University of New Brunswick, and the University of Prince Edward Island. The degree program provides knowledge and skills necessary to tackle complex health policy issues and contribute to the future of health services in Atlantic Canada. The Master’s is co-ordinated through the Atlantic Research Training Centre (ARTC).
